Your satisfaction is the foundation of our relationship. We encourage our customers to contact their local Sunset Ladder & Scaffold
Branch office prior to returning merchandise. Our Branch Managers can often times provide helpful advice on how to solve any problems.
They are trained to provide Sales and Service Second to None!.
Placing an order with our company signifies that you agree to the following return conditions:
- Qualifying products may be returned within 14 days of shipment by prepaid freight or postage.
- In order to return any item you must call us at 1-800-660-1311 (South El Monte) or 1-800-794-1112 (Hollywood Area) to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA).
- Any packages without return authorization numbers will be refused.
- Returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the packaging and original contents included to be in resalable condition.
- No credit will be given for items returned after 14 days of receipt, or not in NEW – SALEABLE – UNUSED condition with all packing material included.
- If you return your order, you will be charged shipping.
- Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part.
- You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns.
- We will pay for the shipping back to you on a replacement for a defective item. (Defective items are extremely rare).
- Please clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your return (next to the shipping label is best).
- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- Please clearly indicate the reason for your return.
- Returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization Number and documentation including order number, address, and reason for return.
- Certain orders and products may not be returnable, refundable, exchangeable & are final sale.
We will contact you and let you know prior to finalizing your order if it contains this type of item. RMA's Are Only Good For 14 Days.
